Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Aviao (“we”, “us”) collects through the early-access waitlist and how we use it. Aviao is a pre-launch aviation learning and community platform; the features described on our site are planned, not yet live.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect what you submit in the form:

• Your first and last name and email address.
• Whether you are a pilot/student or a business/school, and (for businesses) your school or business name.
• Optional details you choose to share: where you are in your journey, what you are most interested in, and any comments.
• Your consent to receive early-access emails.

For security and abuse-prevention we also record your IP address and browser user-agent with your submission.

How we use it

• To contact you with Aviao launch and early-access updates you asked for.
• To understand demand and shape the first release.
• To protect the waitlist from spam and automated abuse.

We rely on your consent as the basis for sending you email. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers below who help us operate the waitlist.

Service providers

• Supabase — stores waitlist submissions in our database.
• Vercel — hosts this site and processes form submissions.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on the form; Cloudflare may process limited technical data to tell humans from bots.

Retention

We keep waitlist information until launch outreach is complete or you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe at any time from the unsubscribe page or any email we send.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing us.
